完完全全只屬於您的電梯公寓，沒有人跟您共用
整間studio不大，約35 square meter，所以最多只能住兩位喔
提供cable電視、飛快的網路、還有乾淨的浴室many towels , there is some shampoo,s
oap, toilet paper etc
廚房也有鍋碗瓢盆讓您自己烹飪，省下紐約一餐平均一人$15 美金的費用
一天一位就要台幣一千多，一星期下來相當可觀，這是一般旅館很難提供的設備
一晚只要$150美金可住最多兩位整間公寓(ㄧ次付清$135)
除了一個200美金的可退押金，在您完整歸還房子之後就會退回
