  我自己的經驗  (兩年多前)
  買過wireless router, external hard drive, Google Nexus 7
  沒有任何的問題  而且退貨的時候很阿莎力
  只問了以下的問題  就送給我return shipping label
  Reason for return: Unwanted Gift
  Comment:
  Item in same condition as when sold? yes
  Item in original packaging? yes
  Item still has UPC code on box? yes
  Request Special Consideration:

  1-2周後就收到Refund Acknowledgement了
  一點經驗供參考~
