[算表] 請問如何設定兩個條件的參照？

軟體:Microsoft Office2010 Professional Plus 2010 Excel

Ex.

資料表條件
        A       B       C       .....
a      0.1     0.2     0.3
b      0.4     0.5     0.6
c      0.7     0.8     0.9
d      1.0     1.1     1.2
e      1.3     1.4     1.5
.
.
.


想要參照資料表的條件
若是aA則代出0.1
若是cB則代出0.8
若是eC則代出1.5

條件約有2~30個，請問像這樣函數要怎麼寫呢？
