[請益] 記憶體頻率

我買了兩隻 XPG Z1 DDR4 3000 8G ,板子是ASUS  Z170 Pro Gamming
我不會超頻,兩隻記憶體插上去就直接用了嗎?BIOS 裡面有選擇記憶體
頻率選項,我是直接勾選3000就ok了嗎,還是選擇AUTO...還有什麼地方
需要調整嗎?   先感謝指點!!
