Audit/Senior Manager
- Experienced in external audit of clients in various industries, in
depth/extensive (SEC) registrants audit
experience, proof read MD&A, 10Ks and 10Qs, S- 1, preferred
- Some SOX 404 system implementation and audit experience, preferred
- Ability to research PCAOB and FASB technical accounting issues
- Minimum 5 years or 8 years, respectively of current and recent external financial audit experience
within regional or national public accounting firms, preferred
- Licensed CPA, preferred.
- Read and write fluent Chinese is required.
Auditor/Experienced/Senior Auditor
- minimum 2- 3 years of current and recent financial statement audit
experience within regional or
national public accounting firms, preferred
- Will sponsor H- 1b or Green Card for qualified candidate.
- Read and write fluent Chinese is required.
