【工作職缺】
Global Support Executive （類似電話客服，須輪班）
【工作內容】
We work in the emergency line that supports all over the world that is why English is main but second language is important as well.
Our Chinese and Japanese clients most of the time they don't speak English that is why we are hiring ppl who speak these languages.
Our job is to sell service to travel agencies and provide customer support in case the guest has any issues.
Our emergency line is to assist the guest if they can't find his booking or the room is not good or the driver didn't pick him up.
【徵求條件】
1、 中文母語
2、 英文流利（因為杜拜工作上主要講英語）
3、 日語流利（建議N2以上，或相當的日語程度）
4、 工作開始日期愈快愈好
【工作地點】
杜拜
【工作時間】
輪班方式：
每個月拿到一次班表
每天工作九小時，其中一小時為午餐時間
輪夜班會有津貼
※請確定可以接受輪班方式才進行履歷投遞
【月休】
做5休2，但不會連續休2
