公司是一些MIT Lincoln lab研究人員+ MIT教授 + MIT 博班念完不想去大公司想去
start up人開始的，主要業務是做給類比電路傳輸端用的predistortion ip還有接
收端用的post processing ip。
公司去年拿了很多Funding可以燒好幾年，暫時不會倒。最近客戶給的計畫很多，數
位的人肝有點硬，需要多一點人幫忙分擔。

[職缺]
Digital Design Engineer, experienced and recent graguate

[工作內容]
 NanoSemi is seeking a full-time FPGA/ASIC digital hardware engineer/
architect to lead and execute projects, and influence the methodology
and flow for delivering our IP. This role is hands-on and encompasses
the entire design flow from architecture to implementation.

‧ Influence the tools, flow and methodology required to deliver IP
   into both FPGA and ASIC.
‧ Work with algorithm developers to architect customer solutions.
‧ Hands-on implementation of IP for customer projects.
‧ IP testing and verification.


[Requirement]
(Experienced)
BS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
‧ Experience in digital design of both ASIC and FPGA; with at least
   2 years of SoC architecture experience (ARM based SoC preferred).
‧ Demonstrated ability to take a product from customer requirements to
   consumer product.
‧ Integration experience related to either delivering or receiving
   digital IP for ASIC.
‧ Experience in hardware/software trade-offs.
‧ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
‧ Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse multi-disciplinary
   team, show initiative, selfmanage, and effectively communicate
   with team members and customers.

(Recent Graduate)
‧ BS or MS degree in EE
‧ Ph.D. degree in signal processing or digital circuit a plus.
‧ Strong background in signal processing, digital/FPGA/ASIC design

[待遇/福利]
去年開始有401k，健康保險跟short/long term disabillity保險也都有。
詳細待遇我不知道，要跟老闆談。但剛畢業的PhD應該有11萬加數量不明的stock option

[身分需求]
可以合法在美國工作，至少要有OPT。公司有幫辦H1B跟綠卡，目前有一個同事拿H1B，一
個OPT，還有一個剛拿到綠卡。
