Position Title: Industrial Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Develop further understanding of manufacturing methods by reviewing process flows, production schedules, and engineering specifications. Advance IE engineer will need to have ability to develop process and provide trouble shooting service for the line regarding process issue for all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

        Develop SOP, Training for NEW SOP and maintain SOP

        Conduct Time study to help increase production line with quality output

        Provide timing for each station to help securing maximum output

        Able to finding root cause and solving the issue from the production line.

        Collect feedback from operator, Quality team, and engineering team to make process more human-friendly and efficient （Ergonomics）

        Evaluate process change request from other department before release

        Execute quality control processes to resolve problems in production cost-effectively

        Able to develop full plan and calculate for new process implementation - Manpower, Equipment, machine, space

        Support new hire training and off-line training.

        Facility layout planning for new project.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

        Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned

        Able to use computer peripherals required to complete testing operations

        Excellent listening, oral communication skills

        Having ability to communicate and support other department.

        Need to have sufficient knowledge of the process on the lines already

        Require knowledge for MS Office, AutoCAD, my SQL.
