Graduate programmes are open in Novo Nordisk!
The programme offers:
Three 8 months roations in 3 different departments, of which -at least- one abroad (we have people in Chile, Australia, India, Japan, US, Spain, Panama, Colombia, Iran, but could be anywhere really!)
Exciting projects and tasks, a lot of training (project management, presentation, excel, power point, and many others), the possibility to travel and the possibility to customize the programme based on your strengths and interests
Relocation services, both to relocate to Copenhagen and also abroad, all buraucracy is taken care of, VISA are taken care of so you can apply even if you are non-EU. You are given the option to live with other graduates, so it is really fun to share a flat and organize dinners and parties! :D
Work culture is amazing, everyone is friendly, flat hierarchy, great work-life balance, extreme flexibility on working from remote, easy networking and accessibility to other departments and functions
There is a gym at the office in Copenhagen, fresh fruit every morning, snacks and the salary is really good
