[問題] offcloud不能磁力連接下載

我有買offcloud專門會員。
在某一個BT網站下載種子後使用offcloud下載。
可是offcloud網站顯示該種子檔案過大無法上傳(大約15.2MB)。
所以只好使用磁力連接來下載。
可是使用offcloud的磁力連接好像卡住一般，
連一動也不動一樣。

我有試著向官方反應並把種子給官方看，
官方的回應是：
We have double checked that item and unfortunately we were not able to
download it.

Maybe there are some software restrictions on that tracker?

Anyway, the restriction is set by torrent tracker owners, not by Offcloud.

我想請問大家，
難道是offcloud把我封鎖嗎?
為何offcloud不能下能下載種子檔案呢?
官方的意思是種子本身會封鎖offcloud用戶嗎?

PS：後來我又買zbigz來下載該磁力連接居然可以下載但是速度較慢
