[請益] git刪除檔案後如何取出

有一個資料夾
D:\www\example.local\httpdocs
  .git
  .gitignore
  index.php
  \app\
  \database\
  ...

如果把 .git 以外的檔案都刪掉，剩下這樣
D:\www\example.local\httpdocs
  .git

這時候要怎麼把 .git 裡面的內容取出來？

我使用 TortoiseGit。提供指令也可以。
