因為工作需要須將一份精神科的病例翻成中文
但許多用字不知道這樣翻對不對
有一些則是完全不確定怎麼翻
希望版上強者可以協助
讓小弟可以把這份病歷要表達的意思盡可能忠實轉達
感激不盡！
以下是病歷內容
括號內是小弟自行試譯
MSE: unkempt appearance（不修邊幅）, labile mood(情緒起伏劇烈無法控制), poor
impulsivity(????), argumentative(好辯), fair concentration, low self-esteem
(自尊心低落), severe insomnia(嚴重失眠), swallowing 鐵釘、筷子、湯匙、塑膠衣架
(有吞食這些東西的傾向?),many self-harm behavior and need protective restraint
frequently(常有自傷行為需要時常的保護性約束), call attention behavior
intermittently(週期性欲引人注目的行為), partial insight(????),
psychomotor agitation intermittently(週期性的心理震盪??),
late insomnia and oversedation(失眠以及過於鎮靜??)
