  1.盟約的變化

大國盟友再也不會成為戰爭主持方,避免在羅馬時代演變成一戰般的情勢.

(假設雅典跟羅馬結盟,斯巴達跟塞琉古同盟,斯巴達找塞琉古打雅典,
 依舊制支持雅典的羅馬,能拉結盟的托勒密,弗里吉亞與孔雀王朝參戰,
 塞琉古也能拉締盟的迦太基,馬其頓與伊庇魯斯助陣,
 如此一來兩城邦的縣長大戰,會變成
 羅馬 & 托勒密 & 弗里吉亞 & 孔雀 V.S. 塞琉古 & 迦太基 & 馬其頓 & 伊庇魯斯
 間的史詩對決...)

  2.同盟限制的變化

依目前設定,只有同位階的國家能結盟,城邦不能找孔雀帝國當盟友,

且最高位階的帝國幾乎無法同盟.

若前盟友升級,盟約會降階為"保證獨立"層級.

  3.政權位階的變化

目前政權位階改成六段,條件如下:

流浪部落- 沒半座城
    城邦- 只有1座城
地方邦國- 2~24座城
區域強權- 25~99座城
    列強- 100~499座城
    帝國- 500+座城

Descendants of Airavata: 戰象防禦+15%
  Warhost of the Empire: 輕步士氣+10%
    Natural Pathfinders: 戰象林戰能力+15%
      Dedicated Archers: 弓兵紀律+10%
Homeland of our Fathers: 重步與輕步林戰能力+15%
 Integrating the Tribes: 蠻族POP忠誠+20%
 The Bureaucracy of War: 每月厭戰-0.02

南印傳統

           Natural Harbors: 船艦花費-15%
          The Vyuha System: 弓兵士氣+10%
        Masters of the Sea: 船隻士氣+10%
                  Plunder!: 開放沿岸掠奪, 奴隸產量+20%
        Flexible Divisions: 陸軍士氣+10%
City of the World's Desire: 城池防禦+15%
             State Artisan: 弓兵與戰車花費-10%
    The 'Diplomatic' Fleet: 船艦紀律+10%

"貴族"傳統

         Fit for a King: 戰車防禦+15%
        Trained to Kill: 戰象紀律+10%
        Armored Archers: 弓兵防禦+15%
            Padma Vyuha: 開放蓮花陣型
        Imported Horses: 戰車紀律+10%
  Elephantine Abundance: 戰象花費-15%
        Exotic Soldiers: 傭兵維持費-15%
Striding Besides Giants: 戰象士氣+10%
