No longer has : physical damage added versus frozen enemies. No longer has 20% reduced chill : duration on self. Now has 40-60 added cold damage against chilled enemies. : Now has 50% chance to avoid chill. : - Ngamahu's Sign: Chance to ignite mod increased to 10%.
