我 PhD thesis advisor (馬普所所長) 一天會收到約200-300封信。
他基本上每封信（除了spam）都會看過。
策略是花十秒看完subject跟第一段後再決定要不要繼續看下去。
所以我會建議你儘早破題。
你的草稿太多不必要的贅詞，內容不夠豐富看起來卻很冗長。
譬如Allow me to introduce myself. At this moment可以去掉。


另外稱呼寫Prof. 就好了。雖然德國人會掛雙title，但是平常還是稱呼Prof.。

推 Armuro: 我建議甚至說 Professor. 更有禮貌
推 jabari: Prof. Dr. 是基本款 建議到網頁看一下 Dr.xxx.xxx很多種的

→ physheepy: 除了極正式的文件，很少使用Prof.Dr. 不過這小細節
推 Armuro: 不熟的教授還是先尊稱 之後通信可以慢慢用first name
→ Armuro: 我這學期剛好上了寫academic email的workshop. 老師說的XD
→ Armuro: Prof. 已經是正式用法 但是你要非常正式就拼出來
→ Armuro: Prof.又比Dr. 更尊稱 如果他是教授就盡量講Prof.
→ Armuro: 除非他自己愛稱自己Dr (你可以從他簽名黨看出)
→ louis925: 沒看過寫 Prof. 又加 Dr. 的 XD 德國比較特別?
