剛剛看到狀態變成Decision Started了！
可是發現好像又有送出Peer review一次然後再變回Decision Started狀態(在同一天內)
！是要被拒的意思嗎QQ??

→ cssu: 個或是主編覺得意見不夠他判斷，有想再找reviewer看，所以
→ cssu: 狀態會停在Decision started,但其實還在等意見回來
→ saltlake: 同樓上。文章的科學正確性是最終標準，特殊狀況下，主編
→ saltlake: 有權限臨時增加稿審數目。例如常態兩三人可能增到三四人
→ saltlake: 等。這種案例不多，但非沒有。
推 anr2: 正面看待 即便被拒 好好參考comments 修改 都有機會
推 narwhale: 我有遇過增加reviewer的情況，最初只有兩位，他們的問題

→ narwhale: 又找了第三位reviewer來審我修改過的稿子，當時的狀態就
