although you don't want to be involved, you are too nice to speak up. But
before you get in too deep, take note of your feelings of unease. Try to
figure out why you don't want to get involved, then expand on it. Imagine
yourself a few days hence, and think about what you will have to deal with.
Wouldn't it be better to just be honest about how you feel right now? Being a
good friend doesn't mean you have to say yes to everything.
