the more panicked you'd become. If it hasn't already, Pisces, it could get to
a point where you can't think clearly about what you are experiencing. That
means you need to at least find a way to take some time out just to breathe.
When you remove yourself temporarily, you will begin to see this clearly, and
you will find the path to calm release.
