when you keep engaging in worries or troubled thoughts about your problems
rather than actually addressing them, the stress builds up and you will
eventually suffer a breakdown of some sort. There may be a few things on your
mind now, Pisces, but at least a few of these things can be successfully
dealt with right away. If you focus on them one at a time, you will see how
easy it can be to address them. Don't worry about what you can't yet fix.
Just focus on what you can - it will make a huge positive difference in your
day.
