You may believe that someone is underestimating you because of their lack
of support for a proposed venture. It may seem this person does not believe
in you, even though you are certain you are capable of following through as
promised. More likely, Pisces, it is you who underestimates yourself. You may
have a tendency to make big promises, then back out because you don't believe
