You may feel off-balance because someone in your world is having an off
day. This person's behavior may be silly or moody or otherwise unusual
for the typical way you know them to be. But just like a well-behaved
child who has temper tantrum that may seem unusual, we all have the
potential to behave out of character now and then. The best thing you
can do is to be understanding until this phase passes. You will have
an easier time dealing with it if you don't make a big deal out of it.
