As Bob Dylan once sang, "We all answer to somebody." Whether it is your
parents, your boss, or anybody else, there are always times in our lives when
we feel the need to go along with someone else's direction. But when
someone's direction feels very wrong to us personally, we also have to
question it. If you are in this position now, you can't blindly follow
whatever instructions you are being given. Ask a lot of questions - politely
and respectfully, of course. It could bring a better understanding and
possibly acceptance.
