官方的使用規章說得很清楚了，
只要不是透過 Niantic 或其它普通瀏覽器所提供的技術及方式來取得服務或資料，
都是違反使用規章。

玩家手動回報應該不致於 access 到遊戲資料，
但如果是自動抓、拆玩家遊戲資料回報或甚至用 API 直接去跟伺服器要資料，
那麼很明顯的是違規了。
