採用自行截圖方式（通常是 電源鍵+音量鍵下），之後自動開啟上傳畫面
(測試成功的有 小米5 樂視pro3 Infocus M372

新增功能：

1.在補抓畫面下也可以上傳，避免為了上傳來不及抓怪
2.行政區通報改用大區域了（選了新北市樹林區 會自動加到雙北基宜）
3.加入香港全區 日本大阪府 日本東京都
