原文就不引述了。週六被吃一張卷，當下到系統回報中心回報遇到的問題

附上你的id還有附圖，在跟客服人員來來往往四天以後，今天早上得到了回復
(來往四天是因為id打錯，還有要附上當初註冊的email地址)

結論：賠我兩張卷 加上鳳王時間延長兩天

客服人員回信如下：

Hey Trainer,

Thanks for providing all the required details.

Our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced after successfully
completing the Raid Battle. As a small gesture for any trouble you’ve
experienced, we have added two Premium Raid Passes to your bag for your
inconvenience.

In addition, we’ll also be extending the deadline for catching Ho-Oh.
There will be more information coming soon. For updates on this issues,

然後背包裡就多了兩張卷，可以多打兩場。

之前遇到一樣問題的版友，也可以跟N社反應看看。以上。

統一回復一下:

1. 自己是用英文介面的PM GO，但本文最上面也有中文申訴連結，可以用中文申訴。

2. 截圖是當下的圖，但當下沒有截圖的，也可以考慮截圖【旅行筆記】

自己是在旅行筆記上把被吃券且消失的事件的前後事件框起來，

在旁邊簡單註明發生被吃券的事，而且沒有出現在旅行筆記上，

這張圖連同當下的截圖一起回信給客服。

3. 朋友對於N社還我兩張綠色券這件事很訝異，應該是這次有很多人投訴，

畢竟會吵的孩子有糖吃。也祝福大家申訴成功！

附上破英文版本的信，但內容是這次事件，請依不同情境修改內容。

The problem is that I defeated the rapid boss, but I could not enter the bonus,
 catch the Ho-Oh. I tried restarting the app, and I still could not enter the
gym to catch the boss, as the attachment(附圖). All pokemon joined the battle
got no damage, and no record showed in the journal. It's seemed that nothing
happened, but I lost one raid pass and got nothing.

I also heard lots of people had the same problem. Many trainers think this is
system bug. Hopes you can help solve this problem, and return the raid pass I
lost.
