[問題] HM的Purge Hands

[famm (如果有夢的話,go forward)]

最近我想要刪除一些很久以前的手牌記錄

只保留近期的

我用HM的Purge Hands來刪除

當刪除之後 他顯示

"In order to reclaim the space you will need to do a Database Vacuum
either through the Options menu or in PG Admin"

請問一下 應該要怎麼做Database Vacuum呢?
