如題，都是自己穿過的衣物，寄EMS現在大概是被海關和交換局扣住，
要求證明貨物價值
Communication with the addressee about the consignment being deposited in interim warehouse - asked to prove the value of the goods.
當初請家人寄的時候，報關聯和商業發票每一樣本來想寫0，
後來想說寫新台幣10塊，全部加總100，
報關聯和商業發票都是勾禮品、細項的後方也有註明used，
不曉得這個情況要怎麼溝通證明貨物價值才能順利清關？
