[問題] c++的視窗程式:拖曳到視窗內讀取檔案

最近公司想寫個小工具
需求是:
將Json檔拖曳到視窗內並讀取檔案
使用語言c++
ide:VS2012

雖然好像很簡單，
但我沒c++視窗程式的相關經驗
所以想問一下板上各位高手
怎樣辦到這件事?
