[問題] 更改板標失敗導致鎖噓文

如題
近期發現，如果更改板標失敗
（可能輸入字數過長，導致更改失敗）
好像會影響到系統設定
（噓文功能會自動關閉）
變成只能推文
再麻煩站方確認
