觀申訴人申訴之內容，實屬誤解使用者違規及申訴處理規則
第六條第一項第二款第六目，該條目所稱之「使用其他使用者帳號」，
係指「非帳號持有者而以該帳號使用本站各項功能」，
「名片檔中含有他人帳號名稱」並不符合該規定之要件，
