[問題] 安裝套件問題(超新手)

各位大大好  小弟最近才開始學python，對於一些指令並不清楚

也爬過文，雖然有類似的問題，不過我還是無法解決問題

請大大們幫幫我!!

我的問題是，當我要安裝套件時，似乎是要在命令提示字元輸入

C:\python.exe的路徑\python.exe setup.py sdist

但是輸入後卻發現錯誤!!請問是甚麼指令輸入錯誤?? 我真的很不懂指令@@
