[問題] 網路爬蟲 使用pd.read_html時發生問題

import pandas as pd
ul= pd.read_html('http://www.twse.com.tw/fund/TWT38U?response=html')
我打這個指令時
出現error:

TypeError: ufunc 'add' did not contain a loop with signature matching types
dtype('<U60') dtype('<U60') dtype('<U60')

請問該如何解呢
