[問題] pycocotools 安裝問題

如題，
小弟最近要實作有關圖片辨識的AI
因此會用到pycocotool這個lib
但是在安裝過程中卻報錯
cl.exe failed with exit status 2
請問有人知道怎麼解嗎？
我爬了很多文但是都沒用

我的環境是
py 3.6 64 bits
win10 64bit
