[問題] 如何發送 python feature request 給官方

汝題，本魯今天遇到了一個 HEN 不方便的問題，就是我一直想知道 python 執行時期

怎麼找到 cpython 實作 evaluation stack 的 top of stack？

Python 一直沒有提供相關的介面，而且很奇怪，一個 function frame 其他成員變數

都有提供存取機制，就偏偏 stack 的位址不提供，是跟安全因素有關嗎？

所以說我想和 python 官方建議把位址的存取機制加進去，應該不會很難，但我不知道

要從哪裡申請建議？有人知道在哪嗎？穴穴各位！
