[問題] ptt的常用語找不到下載的地方

這個網址內要抓ptt常用語時變成 404 not found了

http://wubi.sogou.com/dict/cell.php?id=9182 到這邊抓txt檔就是上面的抓檔的連結

當然也是404 not found

請問還有哪邊可以抓？
