Kevin McHale: Dwight Howard 'not what he used to be' as a scorer

Former Rockets coach Kevin McHale was clear Friday about why Dwight Howard is
not the scorer he once was. Howard this season took the fewest shots (8.5) and
scored the fewest points (13.7 per game) since he was a 19-year-old rookie in
2004-05.

火箭前教頭冰箱於禮拜五討論到，為何DH不再是之前那位得分球員了。DH自19歲的菜鳥新
人年以來，這賽季的場均8.5出手以及13.7分皆是生涯最低。

"Throw it down to him occasionally, but if you throw it down to him on a
steady diet the poor guy just can't get down low and move any more," McHale
said in an interview on Sirius XM NBA Radio. "I think that back bothered him,
his hips are tight from that and he just wasn't the same player.

冰箱在Sirius XM NBA Radio的訪談上表示，你可以偶爾給他餵球，但若要經常給他餵球
的話，這可憐的傢伙已經沒辦法要位跟移動了。我認為他自從經歷了傷病後，他的背一直
困擾著他，他的臀部也處於緊繃狀態，他再也不是之前那個球員了。

"He's worked hard on it. The kid does work hard on his physical conditioning
and trying to get healthy and stuff. But he is not what he used to be down
there in the low post. And I think the knee surgery, too."

他很努力訓練，努力訓練來調整身體，並且嘗試找回之前那種得分能力。但他已經不再是
之前那個低位球員了，我認為膝蓋手術也影響了他。
