旁邊就是 Clement St. 超多美食就在旁邊不開火也絕對不會餓掛！
宵夜也到凌晨四點都有！
出門兩分鐘 38/38R Muni 15-20分鐘進市區，室友都是AAU的學生，

室友人都非常好相處，不吵鬧不開趴但是生活習慣是夜貓子（約凌晨四五點才會就寢）
洗衣烘衣均在樓下，也有我們自己的信箱，水電網不包，垃圾也是樓下統一處理～
客廳附兩組床墊、桌子、椅子、衣架子、兩組立燈、被子跟幾乎全新的床罩。
廚房一堆廚具、盤子、杯子、餐具都可以一起用，
水電看用法，大家一起平攤，目前 PG&E 平均下來只要 $6。
網路部分 200MB 頻寬打遊戲看劇都不會Lag，一個月29。
押金：一個月租金。
目前找長租，短租也可細談。

Need Roommate - Living Room Available
Hi there !
Our short-term roommate is about to leave, and we have a living room with 2 ma
ttress, 2 table, chair, 3 lamps, 99% new bed sheets and pillow cases ( with 1
pillow ) for our future roommate.
Our place near 3rd Ave and Geary Blvd, San Francisco CA94118. The are so many
delicious foods around and different kinds of supermarkets ( Chinese, Smart&Fi
nal, Walgreen, CVS, Safeway ). Also, you only need 15-20 mins to downtown with
38/38R muni.
We share all PG&E, Water Cost and Networking. Our network bandwidth is 200MB w
hich means really fast and we have some bonus for who living here is the smart
home equipments:
