either liberating or paralyzing. If you stand there and wonder whether to
jump or not - rather than diving right in - that's when fear creeps in.

hesitate to make the leap.

如果你曾經站在跳水板上望著底下深不見底的游泳池，或是你曾經看別人站在那上面

隔壁棚十公尺高的跳水板上，很多高大陽剛的男子都腿軟，掛在那裡不敢動
