Speak softly and carry a big stick as you go about striving for a new

least your reliance on other people who also have something to gain. Use
gentle persuasion to get what you want and what you know is right, but if
someone disrupts the process or goes against what you have agreed on, you
have to be strong and committed in enforcing the rules. If you are, your
venture will run like a well-oiled machine.
