You may see yourself as an understanding person. You may believe that you
have an open heart and an open mind. You may think that you make yourself
easy to talk to. Even so, someone is not approaching you with a problem
you know they need to discuss. This could be because of an opinion you
have expressed some time ago. Or, it may be that your own stress is making
you seem unapproachable. But if you want to help, reach out. It's likely
the other party will be receptive.
你可能會認為自己是善於理解的人，也或許會相信自己擁有開明的心智與腦袋，你也
許會認為你把自己營造成容易溝通的人。即便如此，某個人不會找你討論他的問題，
但是你知道他需要協助。這或許是因為你之前表達的意見，也或許是你給自己的壓力
讓你變得似乎不太好親近。可是如果你想幫忙，那就主動伸出援手，對方很可能會接
受你的。
