You and a friend may have polar opposite opinions on a certain matter. But
being at odds with each other in this way does not mean that a
conversation has to turn into a war, which could eventually lead to the
end of your relationship. How foolish would that be? Very foolish! So, be
gentle in how you engage over a certain touchy topic. Be generous. Listen.
And respond with grace and dignity - and you can't go wrong.

如何處理特定的敏感議題，你要保持溫和、寬宏大量的心態，傾聽對方，並且用風度
與沉穩的態度回應─這樣你就不會出錯了。
