You can't inspire someone to do better by belittling them. You are someone
who understands this, Scorpio, but not everyone does. There are people out
there who believe that harsh words and pointed criticism will get someone
to do their best, but for many people, it might actually make them so
self-conscious that they can't do anything close to average, not to
mention their best. The same goes for the way you inspire yourself. If you
have been critical of something you accomplished, praise yourself for your
efforts and inspire yourself by reflecting on your many wonderful talents.
Motivate yourself positively.
你不能用貶低他人的方式來鼓勵一個人，你懂這個道理，天蠍，但不是每個人都懂，
有人相信嚴厲的話語和針對性的批判會讓一個人表現出最好的那一面，可是對很多人
來說，這也許只會讓他們覺得自己沒辦法做到像一般人的水準，更何況是做到最好。
同理可證，如果你要鼓勵自己的話也是如此。如果你一直批判自己做過的某件事，藉
由認真思考自己那既美好又豐富的才華來讚揚自己的努力和付出吧，要用積極正面的
方式激勵自己。
