There may be some tension on the job today, or with a formal plan you are
working on personally. You may have to take on a related assignment that
you don't feel qualified to do, which could make you very nervous and
worried. How do you know you can't until you try? Don't let your fear
drive your efforts. Instead, try to see this as a challenge to your
creativity. You can find a way to master this project if you give yourself
a chance.

承擔一項你覺得自己還不夠格擔起來的任務，而這會讓你非常緊張跟焦慮。你不試試
