J.J. Redick joined the Sixers as the well-paid, seasoned veteran who was
expected to help the team reach the postseason with his leadership and
three-point shooting ability.

JJ經由高薪水加入七六人,預期他的老將經驗和三分能力能夠幫助球隊進步

Redick did just that as the Sixers charged into the postseason,
making it to the second round before losing to the Celtics.

而他也不負眾望,七六人進入季後賽,雖然在第二輪惜敗賽爾提克


As Rich Hofmann of The Athletic (subscription required) writes,
Redick’s arrival was on a one-year deal with the hope that both sides
can work out something more long-term in the future.

根據Rich Hofmann的報導,在今年的一年約之後,雙方會坐下來談論更長遠的計劃


 However, after such as successful season, and the Sixers’ plan to
pursue top free agents to pair with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons,
Redick’s potential departure appears to be on the backburner.
Redick remains optimistic about what will happen with his free
agency this summer.

在一個成功的球季之後,七六人會在自由市場找尋適合jojo跟西門的球員
JJ可能會離開的因素,已經相對不重要了
但ＪＪ依然在今天夏天的自由市場保持樂觀的態度

“I think it’s a mutual appreciation,” Redick said.
“I’m sure we all hope that I am back. The numbers can get tricky.
 It’s not my job to worry about that. I’ll let Bryan, my agent,
 and the events over the next two months sort of play out, and we’ll
make a decision.”

JJ:「我相信我會回來這裏,但數字可能會有點棘手,擔心這部分不是我的工作
我會讓經紀人處理,並且在這二個月作出決定」

結論：
看起來JJ留下的機率並不大,雖然JJ表面貌似想留
但他也知道薪資不會開太高給他
畢竟現在傳最大的明星們所費不貲啊
雙方都有點心知肚明了
除了自由球員之外,我們也還有富兒子還沒練完.....
雖然今年被JJ救了很多場,但長遠來看不留他的機率非常的高
