【工作內容】
‧ Manage a team of technical individuals who work alongside Sales
   on our large advertiser clients.
‧ Build a strong network internally and identify and launch
   strategically important projects across the organization using
   quantitative analysis, industry research, and customer feedback.
‧ Oversee services and resolve high-profile escalations related to
   advertisers receiving support from Google Technical Services.
‧ Participate in regular business reviews, planning, resourcing,
   and services definition with Sales when needing to translate
   complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
‧ Improve performance of the team continuously in terms of efficiency
   and quality

【職缺能力經歷要求】
‧ BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
‧ 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams (e.g. technology, operations, customer facing, etc) to execute on a shared vision.
‧ Experience running technical engagements with clients (e.g. technical sales, implementation, project management, etc.).
‧ Business level communication in Japanese and English

JPY500,000-600,000
