職缺:Frontend ＆ Backend Engineer

職缺能力經歷要求:

Frontend Engineer

- Hands on experience with markup languages.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
- Familiar with at least 1 framework, e.g.
- ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue...etc.
- Familiar with browser testing and debugging.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design,
  development and deployment)
- Knowledge of SEO principles.

Backend and Infrastructure Engineer

- Develop and operate scalable, reliable and maintainable service-based
  softwares and related components.
- Cowork with team members to design system architecture, choose proper
  technologies and plan development.
- Responsible for laying the foundation for the platform as well as proposing
  solutions to ease software development, monitoring of software, etc.
- Profiling and performance tuning of critical components
- Deploy system to production and monitor service health.
- Ability to build web services on Linux.
- Familiar with PHP/ Node.js
- Good at one of the listed language: Python / C / C++ / Scala / Go.
- Good knowledge of Network API Design ( e.g. REST or GraphQL).
- Good understanding of any SQLSQL database (MySQL / MongoDB / Redis / etc.)
- Familiar with git.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- 4+ years of experience in Internet Industry.
- Good at profiler and debugging tools.
- High performance network service on Linux.
- Design and architect large scale distributed system.
- Design and implement distributed algorithm and data structure.
- Familiar with HTML/ Javascript/ Nginx / HAProxy.
- Familiar with operation automation tool (such as Ansible).
- Familiar with continuous integration / continuous deployment
- Familiar with monitoring and alert system (Prometheus / Nagios).
- Familiar with Amazon Web Service or Google Compute Engine.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape, ranging from DNS, HTTP,
  CDN

工作內容 :

- 承接既有的直播平臺原始碼；
- 分析架構及拆解再組建上符合SENSESTAR藝人直播平臺需求的功能；
- 部署全球使其能商業化運行，不斷收集使用者反饋持續調優；
- 接受美國SENSESTAR團隊運營需求，開發符合各國市場的全球版本；

加分項目

以下為目前團隊所使用的技術，皆為 Nice to have，並非招募的首要考量條件：
ES6/ React/ Redux/ Styled-components/ GraphQL/ Apollo/ Jest/ Enz/
webpack/ Node.js/ MySQL/ MongoDB
- Familiar with backend API design.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge in the following areas desired: networking, databases,
  web services, testing.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

薪資(月薪):

Frontend Engineer：月薪 50k - 100K 新台幣以上
Backend Engineer：月薪 80K – 120K 新台幣以上

薪資(保證最低年薪，必填項目): 12 個月

年終獎金計算方式: 底薪計算


****以下工時與加班費必填，不填刪文水桶****
工時:

每日工作時間: 10:00AM~7:00PM (八小時)  中午休息(12:00~1:00)
每周工作時間: 8*5=40 HRS

雇主無明訂之工作時間，如Remote等派遣性質工作
請徵才者需附上平時最大工時，不可超過40小時
超過需給付加班費，否則不得PO文

(需符合國訂勞動基準法)
勞工正常工作時間，每日不得超過八小時，每週不得超過四十小時。
前項正常工作時間，雇主經工會同意，如事業單位無工會者，經勞資會議
同意後，得將其二週內二日之正常工作時數，分配於其他工作日。其分配
於其他工作日之時數，每日不得超過二小時。但每週工作總時數不得超過
四十小時。


(補休不算符合勞動基準法，需有加班費，否則仍算是違法）

**可直接填寫加班費比照勞基法，低於勞基法禁止發文**

加班費制度：比照勞基法


如雇主有使勞工每日工作時間超過8小時者，或單週超過40小時者，應依法給付加班
費，其標準為：（勞動基準法第24條）
（1）延長工作時間在2小時以內者，按平日每小時工資額加給3分之1以上。
（2）再延長工作時間在2小時以內者，按平日每小時工資額加給3分之2以上。

補休使用需員工同意，經錄取員工檢舉無加班費，一律轉發勞動部進行勞動檢查。



工作福利: 年終獎金 + 中秋禮金0.5個月 + 端午禮金0.5個月 + 營運分紅
