DevOps engineers are responsible for building the frameworks to benchmark
and tune the performance of our trading systems.
Key responsibilities include:
-Tune Linux kernel and network infrastructure to minimize trading system
latency
-Building Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
to automatically test and push out changes
-Including monitoring system-wide latency and other key performance metrics
The work will be challenging, fast-paced, and competitive. Timeline
Technologies is a flat organization, where ideas flow freely throughout
the firm. You will have the opportunity to work with smart people in a
dynamic and fast-paced environment. A financial background is not necessary,
rather we are looking for self-motivated engineers that have applied new
technologies to solving challenging problems. This role is based in Taipei,
Taiwan
What we're looking for
-Expert knowledge of networking protocols (Ethernet/IP/TCP/UDP)
-Experience tuning Linux kernel (hardware performance policy, process
affinity, numa, tuna and schedulers)
-Experience implementing automated hardware and software system
performance metrics
-Strong scripting skills

每日工作時間: 9:00AM~6:00PM (八小時) 中午休息(12:00~1:00)
