About the Job
- Drive the entire product development life cycle from market research,
product design, implementation to deployment - for our B2B clients
and merchants
- Work closely with management team on overall growth strategy and ensure
product is in line with company vision
- Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new enhancements
based on research, data collection, competitive analysis,
market understanding, customer input and feedback from client facing teams
- Make data-driven decisions, define necessary tools to gather,
track and measure key business data points.
What You Should Have
- Engineering degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product based company offering products
in the B2B domains - exposure to all stages of product development
- Outstanding communication/presentation skills - Fluency in both spoken +
written English and Chinese is a must for the role.
The successful candidate will have to manage and attend to
meetings/ documents presented in both languages.
- Proven experience in understanding of product profitability and consumer
usage drivers
- Analytical and has experience with strategic and business planning
- Team player with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional
role
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
- Good to have: Previous experience in working at a startup; experience
in retail, fintech or other high-tech industries; MBA

Job description
- An exciting opportunity has opened up with Axinan! We are currently looking
for an Algorithm Scientist to join our talented in-house engineering team.
This role will have the ownership of the entire lifecyle of the algorithm
development.
About the Job
- Research and design algorithms, including deep learning and
object recognition (detection and classification)
- Design data driven systems for risk control, fraud detection,
recommendation, customer segmentation, adaptive pricing etc.
- Test and verify algorithms overall efficiency of the model.
- Consistently work to enhance the overall performance of the model.
What You Should Have
- PhD/Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics, or fields related.
- Prior experience of independent algorithm research.
- Experience in Python, R or Scala.
- Experience in Hadoop, Spark, Tensorflow or any frameworks related.
- Knowledge in supervised/unsupervised learning, classification/clustering
algorithms, feature engineering/optimization
- Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, personalized search
and recommendation, user/seller behavior modeling, marketing algorithms
preferred.
- Experience with visualization software to convert models/insights into
simple, business sell-in stories is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. Willing to learn new knowledge
and explore unfamiliar domains.
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 TWD/month, 一年13薪
