U.S. Based Managed IT Company looking for outsourced Systems Engineers

General Networks ( https://gennet.com/ ) is an established
30+ year 100% employee owned technology company in the
Los Angeles area. We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
and a managed services provider (MSP) emphasizing the delivery of
LAN/WAN/Cloud based solutions to small and medium sized businesses.
The GenCare Division ( https://gencarenow.com/ )provides a professional
atmosphere and a great opportunity for hands on learning of new
technologies and career advancement.

What is this role all about:

We are seeking an experienced mid-level network/systems engineer
to deliver various migration projects for on-premises or cloud
based solutions. The ideal candidate will have multitasking skills
to switch focus from one client environment to another on a
day-to-day basis and can handle three to five different projects
at a time. You will collaborate with other systems engineers on
larger projects and be expected to communicate well across teams
and coworkers. This role is not suitable for system administrators
looking to manage and maintain existing systems. This is a
fast-paced environment where you will be able to work on the
latest new technologies.

On-premises and cloud-based projects include the following:

 * Email migrations to Office 365 (Exchange, GSuite, Tenant-to-Tenant)
 * Server migrations to Azure Infrastructure
 * Setup Azure infrastructure with site-to-site VPN tunnels
 * Setup Azure Virtual Desktop/RDS/Citrix XenApp
 * Setup Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) including
   conditional access policies and Windows Autopilot for
   out of the box experience
 * VOIP migrations to Microsoft Teams Phone System
 * Migrate 2008 r2, 2012, 2016 domain controllers to Windows 2019 version.
 * File server migrations including DFS replication
 * Hyper-V

The ideal candidate would also possess the following characteristics:

 * Proficient in English
 * A strong commitment to personal ethics.
 * A passion for learning new skills.
 * An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
   and colleagues.
 * Good written communications skills, including the ability to
   create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive,
   accurate documentation.
 * A sense of satisfaction from pleasing clients.
 * A history of working independently of close supervision and a
   demonstrated capacity to manage time effectively.
 * Motivated as much by career development as by compensation.
 * Comfortable working under an incentive-based pay system.

We have a progressive production oriented compensation program
that pays engineers based on their ability to deliver billable
services to our clients.

Certifications:

Azure Administrator Associate, MCP/MCSE certification desirable,
A+/Server+/Network+ preferred.

Job Type: Full-time remote

Schedule: US Pacific Time Zone between 8am to 5pm

Salary: Estimated $70,000-$85,000 a year based on experience

修正了開頭的文句，謝謝各位指正。因這個薪資的確是開給海外遠距工作者的，
所以把移民和已居美國的描述先刪掉。若是已居美國或有意移民的朋友，
仍然可以詢問，只是薪資的部分需要另外談。
