Man, Ididn't prepare anything. It just feels amazing, winning this award.
I'd just like to thank my family,my friends for the support.
Most importantly my teammate and the coaching staff.
I couldn't do this without them.
The coaches give my a game plan every night and I just go out there and try
to execute it to be a good individual defender. They have my back when I'm out
there guarding 1 on 1. It's allowed my offensive player to see other hands.
It's just a great award to win.
I'm happy to be part of the Spurs organization.
Thet gave me a championship mindset and they just allowed me to play defense
first. I was able to come out and show my ability on floor each and ever
night.
So I just want to thank RC and them for drafting me, and Coach Pop for
coaching me.
